Well, since my first post things have been so busy here that I haven't been back for over a month! Not only have we been creating winter cakes but this time of year is also popular for consultations for wedding cakes. Key summer dates for this year are now booking up quickly and we have even started to take bookings for 2010!We have also been busy creating new designs for 2009, showcased at the recent wedding fayres we have attended including the Worsley Marriot last Sunday. It was lovely to meet so many happy couples and their families and we were pleased to display the new Sugar Lily designs, including the new Choc Pots.
These individual pots are filled with chocolate cake (which can be drizzled with your favourite liquer), chocolate ganache or buttercream, and topped with your choice of design to perfectly co-ordinate with your wedding theme.
These contemporary choc pots are ideal to be served as a dessert or individual favours, and can be presented with or without a top tier cake - ideal for the more traditional cutting of the cake photos!
